Vacation

     January is my vacation time from workshop and farmers market stuff.  Last year, we traveled so much that I didn't do any art work.  I'm in the mood to draw and paint.  This is a zentangle/doodle study I found on Instagram.

     Last summer I finished a diamond painting that reminded me of my middle sister.  I just finished another one that reminded me of my baby sister.  This reminds me of the time we spent up north, at our grandpa's house.  We are running out to the chicken coop to collect eggs.

      I found a study on using pearly watercolors.  This time I painted the underpainting with regular watercolors, then washed it with the pearly watercolors.
