River
We made it ok to Belize for our river tour. They handed out the local, rum "juice," good thing we were sitting for a while. As were were heading to the river, we seen baby dolphins learning to fish and the noses of manatees. The river had a few rare birds, lots of iguanas and a few crocodiles. It is the mating season for iguanas, so the males are orange and the females are on the bottom limbs of trees. This is the local's "chicken."
Rough
The seas were too rough to safely dock around Costa Maya, so just a day at sea. It was a nice time to explore the ship and go to the gym. I found a few ducks. I know they did this on Carnival but not the other ships.
The mini duck had a sticker from the the Hale's. The pink duck had a passport. This one I found at the gym.
Caribbean
On another warm trip to the Caribbean. We were supposed to see Rotan again, but there were too many cruise ships in that port. Instead we are going to Costa Maya. The other ports are Belize and Cozumel. We are taking the Regal Princess this time.
