    A new book I had gotten from handy hands, plus two new moonlite shuttles, and size 20 mermaid lagoon twist.  The little purse I had gotten about 6 years ago at the local chocolate store.  They sold it with three of their wonderful mint melt-a-ways.  Mmmmmm, they are sooooo good!!  Oh, yeah, the motif is called "Floramente" from the Occhi book.  Well, of to the chocolate store!

     These were made with focal beads, from Fire Mountain Gems.  They were tatted with two strands of metallic sewing thread, using the Tatsmithing method of locking the bead in place with tatting in the front and back.  The pendents are 2" by 3".

Star Doily

     This pattern is from an old Workbasket (March 1964).  I love those old magazines.  Some of the adds just crack me up.  My favorite is the one on buying a baby alligator...no returns on it!  They usually have at least one tatting pattern and loads of other neat things.  This doily was done in pearl cotton #12 and measures 9".  For some of the rows, I had to stack two shuttles to get three colors in the round.

     This pattern was by Irene Woo.  The bookmark was done in Lizbeth, size 20, cranberry bush.

     This pattern is from Mark, called "Hilda's 3-D Angel."  The pattern said size 40 thread, but I used size 20 crochet thread.  The angel is about 3" tall and is going on the top of my little Christmas tree.
