 Family 

     Our family has grown, during Christmas.  I received a few more orphans.  A mouse named Opal and another mouse named Nina.  But, my sassiest orphan is Cici, the baby velociraptor.  Rexy, has been staying in the background, sizing her up.

     I did a little embellishment tatting for Christmas presents.  This was a pair of old clip earrings.

    I finished the cat and placed it in a protective dome.  The dome will prevent any wool moths from eating my little kitty.

     I'm making her outfit as I go.  I needed a little Japanese, sencha to keep me going.

     I had gotten a few needle felting, cat kits.  The kits I had gotten were cat imposters (a bunny and a deer).  The only reason I bought these, was for the eyes and to see how they did the eyes.  I'm making one into a Christmas kitty with a red dress and bow.

   The Tatting Corner was hosting it's annual "Secret Santa."  Cathryne Sorrels had my name.  Look at all the goodies.  This will make a beautiful doily.
