It look a little flat, so I sewed the inside corners to give it boxed-ends.

Happy Dance

Happy Dance

Jan and I, have won, only, six games of Spades, in three years.  The boys are ruthless and her husband is good at counting cards.  Jan and I have our favorite dinosaurs, by our sides.  When we win, we do a happy dance.  We decided, we need our own glasses.  Here is what I came up with.  Jan etched an Apatosaurus (Brontosaurus) on her cup.

Two Hands

 Two Hands

"Two Hands and We're Out!"  That's my husband's, famous saying when we are playing Spades with my sister (Jan) and her husband.  Jan and I needed a break from market stuff, so we did a little etching.  Our husbands wanted a whiskey glass with that saying on it.  Here is what we came up with.

Testing

 Testing

Ushas Creations, was asking for test tatters to tat her latest snowflake pattern.  Her pattern is called, "Yellow Delight."  I had purples next to me, so I made mine in purples.  It was difficult to get the light purple to photograph.  Finally, I tried the blue background and took a decent picture.  I loooove the way this came out.  It looks better in person.
