Left-Handed Shuttle
Here is a pair (right-handed & left-handed) shuttle. Ha,Ha....this is a little joke we play on the new recruits. We would ask them to get a left-handed wrench. Some of them get it, others would look for hours and ask around. That was from another life, long ago.
These traditional fish shuttles were made from black walnut. They measure 3" long and 1" across. They tat nicely!!
So funny! My dad used to send recruits looking for a "paper-stretcher!"

ReplyDeleteNice shuttles. I like the black walnut.
ReplyDeleteHmm. Left handed wrench.
Ever asked someone to get the board stretcher? A lady on the job went to the lumber yard to buy one when my husband's partner asked for one. Karen in OR
Good one, Karen.
DeleteI'll have to check to see if mine is a left-handed one? lol
