This is an amazing book for beginners to advanced tatters. In this book, you start out using one shuttle and progress to three shuttles. It is well diagrammed for a self-studying/improvement book. I would highly suggest purchasing it.

Church
I finished the border for the new banners for our church. I used size 10 crochet thread in gold, with a gold filament and white, with a gold filament. The border is 30" long and 3 3/8" wide. The pattern is from "The Tatted Artistry of Teiko Fujito", by Teiko Fujito.
