Wavy
I was making a variation of Ushas Creations snowflake pattern. This time I alternated colors in the outer split ring chains. This gave it a wavy effect.
Silversmithed: jewelry and tatting shuttles............ Glass blowing: crochet hooks, dinosaurs, ice sickles, pens, earrings, and spoons.......... Tatting: jewelry, motifs, doilies, hankies, books, crosses, and much more.

No Fish
When it comes to fishing, I get a little competitive. When someone ask me if I'm catching any fish, I would say "No fish over Here." Of course I would have a pile of fish at my feet. I had to make a cup with that saying on it.
Red
Working through Robin's snowflake patterns. These are wonderful, they take an hour and a half to two hours to tat. Depending on the distractions. I had a little red thread on a shuttle to make this snowflake. This one is one of my favorites.
Clipper
I found a pair of clipper ship, cameo ear clips, eight years ago. Finally, I started going through my stash and decided to start tatting around them. I knew what beads I wanted to use, but wasn't sure on the thread. Usually, I like using the colors in the embellishment. I wasn't sure the black would look good. Boy, am I impressed! I, just love this pair. This looks better in person.
Workbaskets
One of my followers, Karen, had sent me 190, workbasket books. I love these little books. There's at least one tatting pattern in each one. Here is my new stash...thanks, Karen.
