Hubby took me mushroom hunting, again. We picked over 2 coffee cans full!! even after they cooked down, we still had half a large pan full.
They look interesting. I've never eaten a mushroom that lookef like that.
Morels are yummy, only grow wild and are only available in the spring, but you can get bad ones that make you really sick. My brother got some one year and I've been cautious of them ever since.
