Floating Rings
My two students were learning to tat floating rings, using two tatting needles. This necklace is the design I came up with for their class. The thread is size 10 crochet thread.
Needle tatting is extremely easy. I teach new students this method so they don't get discouraged and quit. The needle is great for long JK's and when you have lots of beads. Also great, when designing a pattern that requires lots of beads. But, I do prefer shuttle tatting and usually use the shuttle.
Oh I like that, I never used a needle before I can see where sometimes it would benefit me but for now it actually confuses me.:)
