Luther Rose
I completed the Luther Rose. You can find this pattern on Wanda's site...here.
Silversmithed: jewelry and tatting shuttles............ Glass blowing: crochet hooks, dinosaurs, ice sickles, pens, earrings, and spoons.......... Tatting: jewelry, motifs, doilies, hankies, books, crosses, and much more.
I tatted a pair of Dragon Scale earrings to do with the dragon eye pendant. I tatted these years ago, but this time I wanted them to have more golden look.
Eye
I came across some of eyes for critter making. I thought they would be neat to do a little tatsmithing around them. Still tweaking the picot size.
Swing
I found a few birds perched on a swing, charms at the farmers market. I thought they would great to tat around.
Rotten
I was in the mood to start a doily. I found a pattern in one of Jan's books. I had gotten the first few rounds done, then when I started the next round my size 40 thread kept breaking. I decided to unravel my shuttle and give the thread a little tug, yup rotten.
Farmers Market
This is our last Farmers Market of the season. We will have the Winter Market in November. We are in spot 2.
Come see us to for that special, handmade gift made right here in north Idaho.
I'll post here around 3pm, every Friday, to say whether or not we will be at the Saturday market. Everything at our booth is handmade, not made by anyone else!! We work hard to put our hard work, long hours and love to all of our products. We keep our prices low, so all can enjoy them. Come see us. We are two spaces down, on the right, from the Visitor's Center (space #2).
